Sora’s weapon is the Keyblade. In Order to Change its shape, power, and special attributes, you must obtain the different key changes. To get the different key chains, you can Lock Key Holes, Find Them in Specific Areas, Win them from Tournaments, or you can Synthesize specific Items to gain the Ultimate Keyblade.

Weapon Name: Kingdom Key
Effect: None
Description: The key chain attached draws out the keyblade’s true form and power.
How to Obtain: Default Key Blade.

Weapon Name: Jungle King
Effect: Strength + 2
Description: Has long reach but seldom deals critical blows.
How to Obtain: Lock the Deep Jungle.

Weapon Name: Three Wishes
Effect: Strength + 3
Description: A powerful weapon that is difficult to deflect.
How to Obtain: Lock Agrabah.

Weapon Name: Crabclaw
Effect: Strength + 3; MP + 1
Description: Raises max MP by 1 and enhances magic and summon power. Also deals good physical damage.
How to Obtain: Lock Atlantica.

Weapon Name: Pumpkinhead
Effect: Strength + 4
Description: Has long reach plus the ability to deal a string of critical blows.
How to Obtain: Lock Halloween Town.

Weapon Name: Fairy Harp
Effect: Strength + 5; MP + 1
Description: Raises max MP by 1 and enhances magic and summon power. Sometimes deals powerful critical blows.
How to Obtain: Lock Neverland.

Weapon Name: Wishing Star
Effect: Strength + 2
Description: Has short reach but always finishes a combo attack with a powerful critical blow.
How to Obtain: Find in Geppetto’s House in Traverse Town.

Effect: Strength + 1; MP + 2
Description: Raises max MP by 2 and significantly enhances magic and summon power.
How to Obtain: Speak to Merlin after acquiring all the first level magic spells.

Weapon Name: Metal Chocobo
Effect: Strength + 7; MP – 1
Description: Possesses incredible power and reach, but reduces max MP by 1. Rarely deals critical blows.
How to Obtain: Defeat Cloud in the Hercules Tournament.

Weapon Name: Olympia
Effect: Strength + 6
Description: A powerful weapon that is difficult to deflect, capable of inflicting mighty critical blows.
How to Obtain: Win the Phil, Pegasus, and Hercules Cup Tournaments.

Weapon Name: Lionheart
Effect: Strength + 7; MP + 1
Description: Raises max MP by 1 and enhances magic and summon power. Also deals great physical damage
How to Obtain: Defeat Cloud and Lean during the Hades Cup Tournament.

Weapon Name: Lady Luck
Effect: Strength + 5; MP + 2
Description: Raises max MP by 2, significantly enhances magic and summon power. Also inflicts good physical damage.
How to Obtain: Use the White Trinity in Wonderland.

Weapon Name: Divine Rose
Effect: Strength + 7
Description: A powerful weapon that is difficult to deflect. Capable of dealing a string of critical blows.
How to Obtain: Speak to Belle in the Hollow Bastion Library.

Weapon Name: Oathkeeper
Effect: Strength + 6; MP + 1
Description: Raises max MP by 1 and enhances magic and summon power. Capable of dealing a string of critical blows.
How to Obtain: Speak to Kairi in the Transverse Town’s Secret Waterway.

Weapon Name: Oblivion
Effect: Strength + 8; MP – 1
Description: Possesses colossal power but reduces max MP by 1.
How to Obtain: Open Chest in Hollow Bastions Grand Hall.

Weapon Name: Ultima Weapon
Effect: Strength + 9; MP + 2
Description: Raises max MP by 2, and possesses maximum power and attributes.
How to Obtain: Synthesize at moogle’s Workshop in Traverse Town
